COVID-19 Update:BowPeeps remains open for business, and completed orders are shipped out once a week in order to reduce risk of infection, as we are an immunocompromised household. All orders with the exception of enamel pins are handmade by one person. Due to COVID-19, there have been notable delays within the postal system: locally, nationally, and internationally. My supply chain is affected by this, and in turn, this affects the timeframe in which I can reasonably complete and ship out orders. Please note that unless a listing specifically states it is ready-made, everything is made to order. Each piece is started in the order they are received, pending material availability.
US Orders:
Delays within USPS have caused longer than normal scanning and delivery times. If your order status shows as in pre-transit still please don’t be alarmed, the post office has been putting disclaimers out more frequently that certain routes are currently impacted with delays depending on where packages are traveling. This does not mean they have not been dropped off, there have been several instances where I have dropped off packages at the main post office and the pre-transit status is hardly updated, if at all. Whenever I see any of my shipped orders experience issues or anything that looks off, I intentionally place text notifications so I can monitor each and every one to ensure they arrive safely and securely.
International Orders:
In addition to shipping delays from USPS, international shipping is even more delayed - this is because some countries have also been affected by the virus. International orders can take up to several months.
